Violeta gathered her first working experience as interpreter at International Consortium of Solidarity. Later she continued working as desk officer and office manager in International Relief & Developement and Vezuv d.o.o.

In 2007 she joined marketing agency Saatchi&Saatchi O.B.I.C.O.M. d.o.o. as Account Manager where she worked for several important clients like T-Com, T-Mobile, NLB Montenegrobanka, Uniqa, Toyota and InBev.

In 2009 she joined Studio Marketing JWT Podgorica as its representative. She graduated from English language and literature on University of Montene
